Rick Martin is Richmond's most respected Personal Trainer. As a Wellness Director for the Greater Richmond YMCA, and personal trainer for VCU Rec Sports, Rick has amassed untold amounts of experience in training.  By working in commercial  environments  like
American Family Fitness Center and Golds Gym, Rick understands  the complexities of trying to match dollars, time and motivation into a hectic lifestyle. 
Business men and women, professionals in many fields have trained with Rick and found thier A game soar, and outlook catapult to dynamic energy levels. 
Rick works with diabetics, those returning from injury, fibromyalgia suffers, youth, mature adults, as well as athletes and Xstream fitness enthusists. 
 Rick is the picture of health and attributes it all to a healthy mind, body, and spirit lifestyle.  As a former powerlifter Rick became aquainted with the possibilities of the human body.  Eventually working in the Health Education field within the community Rick found the passion for helping people reach their goals and highest potential.

Rick is Level I Reiki Practicioner and student of holistic health.  He is a AFAA certified trainer for over 10 years.  His specialties are  plyometrics, advanced core training, yoga, freeweight and compound movement training.

You will be assessed regularly on your body fat composition, weight lose and fitness level.
Step4. Weekly addition and subtraction of healthy and unhealthy habits.
Step 5. Unlimited time for sessions, meal prep instruction, grocery purchase lists and counseling.
